CiRCLe M Project Seed Funding Request 2025

  • Why the project matters: Articulate the problem or need your project will address in your community.

3. Project Goals and Objectives:

  • Specific Goals: What do you aim to achieve with the grant? Define a few outcomes you are hoping for.

4. Project Design and Implementation Plan:

  • Drawing on your tradition (theology, rituals, values), what themes in your tradition motivate and/or inform this activity you are dreaming about?
  • How will the project be carried out: A plan with basic timelines, activities and milestones, including roles and responsibilities, i.e. Who will do what? Outline team members and their specific responsibilities.

5. Evaluation and Impact Measurement:

  • How will you assess success: What will you be looking for to measure the effectiveness and impact of the project? Who will help you reflect on the activity and its impact?

6. Budget and Financial Information:

  • Detailed budget: Break down seed grant request, including expenses related, such as personnel, equipment, materials, and other.
  • Matching funds or in-kind contributions: If applicable, outline any financial or non-financial contributions from other sources.

7. Collaboration and Partnerships (if applicable):

  • List any organizations or individuals you are working with. Tell us how they enrich the project.
  • Expanding the learning: Who else in your community will you include in the project or share your learnings with?

8. Feedback to CiRCLe M: After the project, follow up with CiRCLe M, providing

  • A short written report of your learnings and potential next steps based on what you learned, and helping us to understand the implications of the learnings for your community and partners.
  • Financial statement of expenses incurred, with copies of receipts as possible.
