Tuesday June 18 – Conference attendees arrive during the day. Gather for 1 meal – supper and evening worship/social.
Wednesday June 19 -3 meals. Morning meetings. Half day field trip
A) Wray Ranch, Irricana, Regenerative Agriculture, Relationship with Creation and with microbes, Winner of Environmental Stewardship Award by Canadian Beef Industry
or
B) Land of Dreams, Calgary (community garden by Indigenous people and newcomers)
Thursday June 20 – Field trip – rural ministries of Mini Thni (Morely/ Stoney Nation) and Banff) 2 meals – Breakfast and bag lunch. Supper on own in Banff
Friday June 21 – 1 meal – Breakfast. Conference closes. National Indigenous day.
There are three attendance options for this conference.
1. Option 1: Full attendance and accommodations – for those who stay at Mount St. Francis and join all events (rides provided with local drivers on June 18 to retreat centre in Cochrane – about a 45-minute drive – and back on 21) $500 (costs of flight to Calgary not included)
2. Option 2: Commuting Rate – for participants commuting to Mount St. Francis (Tuesday evening, Wednesday and Thursday): $300
3. Option 3: Thursday Day-Trip only: for those joining day-long Thursday field trip (meet in Mini Thni): $200
* in all 3 options, Thursday’s evening meal cost in Banff is not included – covered by participants
